A combination of the CSV response writer and SOLRJ to page through all of the 
results sending it to something like apache commons fileutils:

                  FileUtils.writeStringToFile(new File(output.csv), outputLine 
("line.separator"), true);

Would be quiet quick to knock up in Java.
