Thank you guys. I've managed to configure log4j with Solr. I put log4j.properties into WEB-INF/classes, and only keep *slf4j-log4j12-1.6.6.jar, jcl-over-slf4j-1.6.4.jar, log4j-1.2.17.jar *in the WEB-INF/lib, eventually, that works.
