Dotan, http://wiki.apache.org/solr/SolrAdaptersForLuceneSpatial4#Configuration You need to put the its jar within Solr's WEB-INF/lib; unfortunately you can't simply reference it via a <lib> entry and put it wherever. FWIW you can find the same question and my response on Stackoverflow.
