I did the following :

didi...@zed:/sys/class/rfkill$ sudo bash
r...@zed:/sys/class/rfkill# echo 0 > /sys/class/rfkill/rfkill0/state
r...@zed:/sys/class/rfkill# echo 1 > /sys/class/rfkill/rfkill0/state

Surpirse the sys doesn't hang :s
