Aehm? Did yo change anything else, like the nvidia drivers?

Do you load the module the same way as before then there is *NO* change
at all to previous version of the module.

Anyway, all changes were *only* wrt to rfkill detection.

So the only thing I can assume that you have updated to new nvidia
drivers (there was a new release recently) and not all components
are at the same level:
        dpkg -l '*nvidia*'
?
