More oddness in my quest to get both graphics cards working on the
VPC-Z
WITHOUT modding the BIOS or booting an old kernel first....
If I use sony-laptop--zseries-0.9np7 to switch to stamina mode at boot
time, I get a load of:
hda-intel: spurious response 0x0:0x0, last cmd=0x0f0000
on the console... followed by "no codecs installed." This doesn't
happen
if I boot the old kernel to statically switch to stamina mode.
I'm guessing that I must be missing an acpi call or something, though
why
switching GPU statically or via ACPI makes a difference I really don't know.
