-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA256 Hello,
I know it has been discussed in the past but I would like to have a definitive discussion on the matter. I don't think that there is any value in having to do a PR to change the debian changelog, update the standard version of change any other debian-specific information held in the ./debian directory. I would be happy to host those bits in a Debian specific repository (on alioth.debian.org like most of the debian projects) which will mirror the upstream content released on debian/ubuntu, along with the ./debian specific files. This way, the debian maintainer will not have to come & bother the upstream development repo with things that are only relevant to Debian. I would appreciate your comments. Kind regards, ...Louis - -- Louis Bouchard Software engineer, Ubuntu GPG : 429D 7A3B DD05 B6F8 AF63 B9C4 8B3D 867C 823E 7A61 -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2 iQIcBAEBCAAGBQJWxHD3AAoJEFZStL2qfwOt/lkP/0RzeMAWoWDC/R+nwxi638wo 10ACvwEIBHuCweuLTVmOiSnW9ibavDAdUglUz0OppZIpAkA/taNVZfOIMcg06qyu DX94DCNvEe1UZvxWFTVfRGYXdY8uk69Hvjt77tjuBDIohqaTwOJBacc/PAbrv9kj NdwZANgnWRCsbjY4WUs3ltZn6wQqEbPdkyTp/cgCdiW6JARMEd7PpTmdJIgPvOVn UMC1Bl47fMUG88+IkZQO5DZuTj+XvmCE0D0Di14Y4A0p1t19qgsfQp/wMlNKAegJ xOehX/1syR4L5ch7GRJJd/zdIu/vZo05dpBrPlSDI/jaUzkeAVSc7xEjw+CVFoVH eOLIANn7q2RACejXjZftiTxYU2P3ULojOE9EldQqWtISkKBvarMXRwjCdpRpLpa6 Y51dlj+LwGtY+k/HeCrVin9aCwtH4qaEYn66XF66YTxdorcalAFVzr34Fe+eJAxJ nOgtTQap8IaLzBlgzyYThBPmu+oPOW3z3yOXNznWgOd5NF9yRRCu8CnuDQG2zgn8 QxJzE3J5Nl3ROw1Dd8DZ+N+hkBlgp22BeLpd7SG9ITvkKxRWxu75HXVx5zYsaQXp t43FELcjniPVEKPJm8knAr+Ez2otnQ0VnXv7AuEz1TLgvVwcbFrMDMB5C5i5fjS8 6ry0y5SufQ/3Hq7XkWgO =YcWa -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ sos-devel mailing list [email protected] https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/sos-devel
