 I had not known that problem. I had thought that the option was added
for 64bit ARM support.

 Before I committed the change, only evbarm/conf/OPENRD set COMPAT_NETBSD32.
Now, all configuration files of evbarm don't set COMPAT_NETBSD32.

 Feel free to fix it :)
