Log Message:
Disconnect 'tools/lib{elf,dwarf}' from the build.
These libraries are now built by 'tools/elftoolchain/lib{elf,dwarf}'
respectively.
To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs rdiff -u -r1.213 -r1.214 src/tools/Makefile
