NetBSD currently doesn't support flow director, so this is not a real bug. - Print ECC, PHY and temp error log using with ratecheck(). - Correctly re-enable queue interrupt in ixgbe_legacy_irq(). - Correctly enter the recovery mode. - No functional change: - Add some debug printf()s. - Don't use "more" flag for simplify. - Use macro. - Fix typos in comment. - KNF.
