Log Message:
VAX bootxx has had ffsv2 support since May 2018, allow its use as boot
filesystem in sysinst.
Sucessfully tested in simh-microvax3900 booting from FFSv2ea.
To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs rdiff -u -r1.5 -r1.6 src/usr.sbin/sysinst/arch/vax/md.h
