date(1): sync two [[[[[CC]yy]mm]dd]HH]MM[.SS] instances
The markup was the same (modulo Li vs Cm for the dot before the
seconds), but use the same source markup grouping/layout in both to
make this fact more obvious.
To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs rdiff -u -r1.53 -r1.54 src/bin/date/date.1
