Add support for D-Link DWM-222 4G LTS USB adapter
Oddly, the fake umass device does not detach after umodeswitch does
its duty, but functionality is there, thanks to five u3g devices that
attach. u3g devices 0, 3 and 4 does not seem to accept AT commands.
u3g devices 1 and 2 are fine to be used as modems.
