gdb/netbsd: Drop unused functions. NFCI.
Note that these two funcs, nbsd_ilp32_solib_svr4_fetch_link_map_offsets,
and nbsd_lp64_solib_svr4_fetch_link_map_offsets, merely fall back to
default ELF functions.
