Pull up following revision(s) (requested by tsutsui in ticket #1838):
sys/arch/hp300/stand/uboot/Makefile: revision 1.11
sys/arch/hp300/stand/inst/Makefile: revision 1.11
Use LINKS to create hard links to generate proper METALOG files.
Also use the default ${PROG} variable and "install" target.
Fixes PR port-hp300/58211.
