libpci: Add expected symbols list.
NOTE: libpci exports dev_findproduct and dev_findvendor. Is this
intended? Seems wrong! We also didn't bump the minor for those --
or the major when we deleted pci_findvendor_real and
pci_findproduct_real!
PR lib/58838: shared libraries in base should all have expsym lists
