Pull up following revision(s) (requested by sevan in ticket #1124):
usr.bin/vmstat/vmstat.1: revision 1.21
usr.bin/vmstat/vmstat.1: revision 1.22
Suggest kernhist(9) which is required for vmstat -u and -U
Drop Pp before Bl while here.
