Pull up following revision(s) (requested by mlelstv in ticket #1605):
sys/dev/ic/mpt_netbsd.c: revision 1.37
max_devices is a 8bit value and zero is interpreted as 256. This value
can be reported by an mpt device emulated by VMware ESXi.
