Pull up following revision(s) (requested by tron in ticket #63):
        sys/ufs/chfs/chfs_inode.h: revision 1.2

        sys/arch/i386/conf/ALL: revision 1.333
        sys/ufs/chfs/chfs_pool.c: revision 1.2
Make this compile again. From Paul Fleischer.
Add Chip File System.
