Module Name: src
Committed By: roy
Date: Tue May 21 08:37:27 UTC 2013

Modified Files:
        src/share/man/man4: route.4
        src/sys/netinet6: in6.c nd6.c nd6.h nd6_nbr.c nd6_rtr.c
        src/sys/sys: param.h

Log Message:
For IPv6, emit RTM_NEWADDR once DAD completes and also when address flag
changes. Tentative addresses are not emitted.

Version bumped so userland can detect this behaviour change.
