Add new man-page full(4) for the /dev/full device
DESCRIPTION
The full device always return ENOSPC on writing,
In all other cases it behaves like the zero(4) device and provides an
infinite stream of zeros.
To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs rdiff -u -r1.1517 -r1.1518 src/distrib/sets/lists/man/mi
cvs rdiff -u -r0 -r1.1 src/share/man/man4/full.4
