Without RADEONFB_ALWAYS_ACCEL_PUTCHAR, there are display issues on the 
PowerBook5,2 (G4 FW-800)
Radeon 9600, where console is garbled.
Thanks to <macallan> for the pointer.
Closes PR port-macppc/52712
