Pull up following revision(s) (requested by riastradh in ticket #783):
etc/MAKEDEV.tmpl: revision 1.216
Create /dev/ipmi0 in `MAKEDEV all'.
Works on my machine with sysutils/ipmitool if the latter is built
with CONFIGURE_ARGS+= --enable-intf-open.
To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs rdiff -u -r1.205.2.2 -r1.205.2.3 src/etc/MAKEDEV.tmpl
