New build.sh option: -c <compiler>
Could never remember what the incantation is to do a clang build, so
now it's just `build.sh -c clang'.
To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs rdiff -u -r1.341 -r1.342 src/build.sh
cvs rdiff -u -r1.126 -r1.127 src/doc/BUILDING.mdoc
