Fix the build for amd64.
Even though the files are installed only if "compat" is set, the
/usr/include/g++/bits directories are unconditionally created via
the mtree files.
To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs rdiff -u -r1.206 -r1.207 src/distrib/sets/lists/comp/md.amd64
