Pull up following revision(s) (requested by skrll in ticket #1424):
sys/arch/arm/arm32/pmap.c: revision 1.345
Perform icache syncs for ARM_MMU_EXTENDED as well. This helps the PT_STEP
code in pr/52119 and probably other things.
