* change order of sections to be more chronological
* make people re-run sysmerge after the upgrade (we either need to
tell people to look at the boot process for what sysmerge outputs, or
just tell them to run it again)
* replace an 'above' with 'below' in the Manual Upgrade section
* give full reason to reboot again in Manual Update section.
