Adapt the YP server FAQ to two improvements released with 4.6:
(1) Related to usr.sbin/ypserv/ypinit/ypinit.sh rev. 1.13:
Call ypinit up front, now that it doesn't imply make any more.
(2) Related to usr.sbin/ypserv/ypinit/Makefile.yp rev. 1.14:
Add a paragraph explicitely advertising MINUID.
