sppp(4) - support PPP IPCP extensions for DNS
RFC 1877 extends the family of network control protocols for
establishing and configuring the IPCP over PPP, defining the negotiation
of primary and secondary DNS addresses. After negotiation,
rtm_proposal() is used to send out DNS updates.
