- remove unnecessary "from any"/"to any", flags S/SA
- remove "modulate state" parts (the page is about load balancing,
so I think it makes sense to concentrate on just that in the example
ruleset, people are easily-enough confused as it is..)
- adds a rule to the example so https doesn't get balanced.
I had some trouble with stupid web apps (banks etc) breaking
at a customer where I started doing load-balancing, give people
a hint that it might happen and a way to workaround the worst of it.
