Log message:
Add Raspberry Pi 5 Model B support for RAMDISK.
Known issues:
* Booting from PCIe storage HATs doesn't work because of missing U-Boot
support.
* WiFi on the Raspberry Pi 5 Model B "d0" boards doesn't work.
* The active cooler (fan) doesn't work because of missing pwm/clock
drivers (some work is in-progress).
