Move the strdup dance for all the strings into entityq_new()
Having all the callers do this extra step is horrible.
path and mftaki arguments are optional but file is not.
Make these arguments now const since some callers want to
pass const arguments and it is fine now.
Most callers can be trivially converted only queue_add_from_cert()
uses strndup for npath. Keep that for now and simply free npath
at the end of the function.
More is possible, this is just a first step.
