Yes but this needs work - even more work if an audit of all drivers
"gets" done to make all manpages accurate.  I'll shut up about this
since it looks like a big task in my eyes.

The problem I had with just looking at the specs of the nic is that
drivers often (probably always?) need special support to enable jumbo
use.  But maybe it is better that people buy and try more hardware
looking only at the specs, so that more devices can be tested /
improved. ;)  Else the manpages would end up containing data about
mostly end-of-sale'd products.
