diff initially written at the hackathon in ljubljana, but was too

long verifying session with stsp and benno at 31c3 here in hamburg,
where we also slightly rearranged some bits to shrink the diff and thus
make it easier to verify.

the assumed lebensmittelvergiftung turned out to be the noro virus -
about as pleasant.
