Reinstate openbsd.cs.fau.de, thanks to Simon Kuhnle for rebuild and sending
the diff. N.B. SSH fingerprints for anoncvs have changed.
Remove some other mirrors that have been commented-out for a while.
Reinstate openbsd.dk, it's no longer hanging.
