a few improvements from christian heckendorf <mbie at ulmus.me>
- in the "getting to know openbsd" section, just point users to the local
man page files instead of telling them about how they're updated with cvs
- suggest users create an .Xdefaults include file rather than warning them
about overwriting the defaults
- move a couple sentences around for improved readability
- simpler description of tmux
