Freshen up Multibooting section:
- move section on bootloaders to the top
- tidy up "setting active partitions"
- turn "creating boot floppies" into "creating bootable flash drives"
There remains a section on dual booting with Windows. If a generous
soul is willing to take this on (merge them together, simplify if
possible) please be my guest.
With that I think the rampage has come to an end. Phew.
