Ugh, forgot to mention *why* we are doing this: This gives slaacd(8) a bit of time to configure the interfaces and set a default route because dhclient and reordering libs slows down the boot process. Later starting daemons like ntpd might depend on the default route in certain configurations as pointed out by naddy. We want to move to a boot process where we don't wait and daemons handle showing up of addresses, but we are not there yet.
