Take a look at org.sourcejammer.client.gui.action.CheckOutReportAction and org.sourcejammer.client.gui.process.CheckOutReportProcess. These demonstrate 1) how to set up actions in SourceJammer, and 2) how to loop through all the files in a folder and all sub folders. And just to let you know, the code refers to folders as projects.
