I used to bundle TC a few years ago but decided that it was unnecessary. If you 
think this would
be helpful to people, we can do it. Should be pretty easy, really. We should 
have both with and
without TC downloads, obviously. All this will take is an addition to the build 
file and a slight
modification to the server install script.
