*AWEIL, 27 January 2014 [Gurtong] -* The two groups agreed on a soft border
management and peaceful coexistence among the two bordering communities.

According to the representatives of the two bordering tribes, sides are
satisfied with how they can inter-relate to each other during the four
months' stay of nomadic Rezeigat grazing their cattle in NBGS.

The representatives agreed to allow basic services to nomads where each
adult or child of Rezeigat is given right of accessing basic services in
education, health facilities and free movement within the counties they are
residing in with their cattle.

"We thought it is important that the Rezeigat adults especially women and
children attend to classes. Another thing is to let them practice true
peace and love among adults," the State peace coordinator, William Kolong
Pioth said.

The conference also agreed to include compensation of lives of both human
beings and cattle from both sides should there arise any interference. One
major agreement was that the nomad will have no arms while coming for green
pastures and water in NBGS.

The conference concluded after a mutual agreement which recommended for an
immediate commencement of the migration of Rezeigat into territory of South
Sudan.
