Juma David Augustine told the press on Thursday that they were in Juba for three days to address United Nations Mission in South Sudan or UNMISS failure to provide police to guard IDPs, Easter Radio reported. He lamented that the IDPs live without schools, food and shelter. The Commissioner said the state government emphasized that the IDPs have to go freely to their homes.
