SPLM-IO members join President Kiir in national dialogue CRN Tuesday, January 17, 2017 - 16:03
SPLM/A-IO delegation on Tuesday returned to Juba responding to the call of President Salva Kiir’s national dialogue to implement peace. The team is led by Sebit John Magok, Deputy Chairperson of the National Committee for Roads and Bridges SPLA-IO Riek Machar faction. The head of the delegation says their believe in peace brought them home to participate in implementing the national dialogue. Major General George Roing Kot says they joined the government because they want peace in the country. He adds that their forces are coming through Hijliij to join the SPLA. Presidential spokesperson, Ateny Wek Ateny, welcomed the delegation to Juba to join the government in implementing the national dialogue.
