2 dead, 1 injured in attack in Pochalla South County POCHALLA SOUTH (18 Jan.) At least two people were killed and another wounded in clashes between local residents and assailants believed to be from the Murle tribe at Pinythin village in Pochalla South County in South Sudan’s Boma State on Tuesday night, a local official said. Speaking to Radio Tamazuj, Paul Agede, Chairperson of Pochalla South Association for Rehabilitation (PSAR), confirmed the incident.He pointed out that the clashes between the two sides resulted in the killing of one person and another man from the village. Agede added that the local residents also killed one of the attackers.“The attack took place at night. It was reported that the criminals or attackers were Murle. They were identified because one of them was shot dead during the encounter,” said Agede.“Yes, it is true that there were criminals who attacked Pinythin, a village in Pochalla. In the attack, they killed one person and injured another,” he added.
