Two detained opposition figures released in Baggari ahead of national dialogue: Official BAGGARI (22 Feb.) Local authorities in Baggari County in South Sudan's Wau state have released two opposition leaders who were under detention at Natabu military base ahead of President Kiir's national dialogue, a local official said. Speaking to told Radio Tamazuj on Tuesday, John Taban, Commissioner of Baggari County, said the two opposition members were released to reaffirm the government's seriousness about the dialogue process and peace in the country. The local official identified the released members of the armed opposition group as Batista Kamilo and Daneil Sirgi. For their part, the two opposition figures expressed their happiness about the decision taken by the county authorities to release them , saying they were not tortured by the SPLA army."I want to give thanks to the SPLA.
