Gbudwe State Deputy Governor urges UN agencies to empower government.

Victor Edward Kpiawandu calls for joint work as there is need to
support the internally displaced persons, Radio Anisa reports.

UNMISS head David Shearer believes working together with the
government of Gbudwe State will bring peace and reconciliation.

He expresses UN’s willingness to improve the livelihood of people by
focusing on agricultural activities to sustain life.

The leaders spoke during the first visit of UNMISS head David Shearer
to Yambio on Wednesday.
