South Sudan’s President Salva Kiir has removed the head of military intelligence in the SPLA army from active military service and moved him to Foreign Service as third grade ambassador at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. President Kiir, according to the order announced by the state-owned South Sudan Broadcasting Corporation on Wednesday, removed General Marial Nuor Jok from the directorate of Military Intelligence (MI). No immediate replacement was announced.
