They were all down. Some of them did not eat for days. It is a real tragedy and this is why I had hoped to attend the burial and provide guidance during the period of mourning but now there is no information I will go with the body,” Gen.Paul Malong Awan told Sudan Tribune on Friday. The former Inspector General of police, Gen. Pieng Deng Kuol called on the family to stay strong, saying it is the God who gave them the late daughter and it is the same God who has taken her. “I came to participate in the reception of the body and stand in solidarity with Gen.Paul Malong and his family because death is painful but what we can do. There is nothing we can do because this is the same way we are going to. The tragedy here now is that it is the young child, young daughter who has a lot to do with the family and the country. She was a brave daughter and someone who loves people that was the reason she gave her life to save others, her sister and colleagues in the school,” said Gen. Kuol. Awan, a former ally of President Salva Kiir, was dressed in a black shirt as a sign of mourning the daughter. He looked calm but in an unusual mood, partly due to the death of his daughter and house arrest. No senior presidential aide and cabinet ministers from his area were at the airport during the reception of the body. It’s comforting to see lion Pieng Deng again doing right thing at right time. repondre message 16 September 03:43, by Kuch The sooner the idiots that advised Salva Kiir get over this nonsense & let the South Sudanese people look at other important issues facing our country & our people from the inside & outside our country, the better. Our people are really proving to be a short memory people. Don’t they say in Dinka (Bible) that "duok ke nhiim ye maar ci kul/kuool" (never be forgetful like pig/warthogs)>>> repondre message 16 September 04:00, by Kuch A pig/warthog can run a way from its predator & then forget in not less than 400 metres a way and start digging for food that it was hunted for a dinner a minute or two earlier. This is the analogy of the saying though. Right after the comprehensive peace agreement (CPA) in 2005. Our most our leaders forgot like pigs that existential enemy (our cloned so-called arab North Sudan)>>> repondre message 16 September 04:34, by Kuch A pig/warthog can run a way from its predator & then forget in not less than 400 metres a way and start digging for food that it was hunted for a dinner a minute or two earlier. Malong was dismissed purely for same reason, they even think they still have rights to hold him. It is an injustice and this is why entire Aweil is not divided. repondre message 16 September 17:40, by Jubaa5 Ex- SPLA chief, is very stupid Dinka General ,he wanted to kill Dr Riek,he Malong was above the law, now he is sad for only one child, what about the thousands children and women he killed undocumented?
