I think some folks are still using the switchenv.py, but it's GROWING.
I don't see the need of having so many dbs defined in that file.

Maybe we should define a $HOME/.switchenvrc which contains the dbs
folks are using and remove them from the script entirely. That
way the script becomes more general purpose and folks can control
what dbs they are using.

Anyone object? Am I just being nitpicky? Anyone care? :)
