While the crash is bad, I think it might only be happening when
authentication fails, there seems to be a credentials problem with
router-users.xml in newer jabberd versions as outlined in the ticket.
(filed a separate ticket against jabberd with respect to crashing if
authentication fails in general) I think we just need to sort out the
credentials and we can go ahead with F10 but I don't know enough about
jabberd or how we use it to know what options we have.
